TANHAJI: THE UNSUNG WARRIOR is a Bollywood period drama. The movie is about the bravery of the heroic warrior of Indian history. The movie portrays the story of Tanhaji Malusare, a legend in Maharashtra.

Om Raut has directed the film. The film pictures the Battle of Sinhagad between the Marathas and the Mughals. As per the story, Tanhaji discarded the wedding of his son to safeguard Kondhana Fort from Udaybhan and his troops.

Movie Cast and Story:

Ajay Devgn is the hero of the movie and is playing the role of bold Tanhaji. Saif Ali Khan is the villain of the movie and is playing the role of Udaybhan.

I found the movie very interesting and worth watching. It is an action saga. The movie has everything that needs to be praised. The massive sets, costumes, dialogues, background music, direction are some of the fabulous parameters.

The movie is also available in 3 D. where one can enjoy action scenes more effectively. Kajol is also part of a film playing the role of Tahaji’s wife Savitri. Sharad Kelkar is playing the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji and Luke Kenny is in the role of Aurangzeb.

The whole story moves around how the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj (Sharad Kelkar) with the help of his brave Subedar Tanhaji (Ajay Devgn) gets the Kondhana fort back from Mughals, headed by Emperor Aurangzeb (Luke Kenny). You will see that Udaybhan Rathod (Saif Ali Khan), an evil military officer, controls the fort. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj refuses to ask help from Tanhaji as is busy with the marriage of his son. However, Tanhaji finds out about the plan. He requests Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to let him go for it.

Conclusion:

The movie is performing good at the box office. The movie released on 10th January and has entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club. It is Devgn's 100th film. Everyone has done extremely well in the film.
